This recently refurbished property can accommodate 16 people and is ideal for groups of people who want to get away for the weekend. Whether you are a hen party, a group of friends, or having a family get together then a weekend break in Dorset at Woodlands Lodge is the perfect place for you.

Unlike many other holiday properties in the area, all the bedrooms at Woodlands Lodge are equipped with en suite bathroom facilities.

Woodlands gives you the opportunity to have a fantastic weekend break where you can totally relax; we do all the driving and can arrange all the activities you desire.

As Woodlands Weekend Breaks is a new venture, so if you are looking to take a group of friends, stag or hen party or are having a family get together then Woodlands is the place for you. It has everything, plenty of space, beautiful south facing gardens with a decking and BBQ area, push bikes

You can do is little or as much as you like

At Woodlands we will even stock all of your favourite food and drinks, just tell us exactly what you want and we will ensure it is there for you to have the most perfect weekend

Wool has a railway station on the main South West Line running between Waterloo, Southampton, Bournemouth and Weymouth and is a small village with a Post Office, Chemist, General Store, Bakers, Butchers, Chinese Takeaway and several Public Houses and Restaurants. Wool is approximately 1.25 miles from Woodlands.

We will meet you on arrival and show you the facilities, if you are travelling by train we can also arrange to pick you up from Wool station and take you to Woodlands Lodge.

Woodlands Lodge provides an excellent base from which to explore the beautiful Dorset countryside and Jurassic Coast ,which has recently been granted World Heritage Status. During your weekend break in Dorset we can arrange a selection of activities for you and transport you there and back, please see our Activities page for details.

French doors open onto the private garden with a decking area. Here you can dine alfresco during the warmer months and make use of the barbecue area. All rooms have flat screen TVs with DVD player and the interior style has a contemporary yet homely feel to it with each room individually designed. If you want dinner prepared for you then we can arrange that for you.

If you need to keep in touch with the office or look up details for planning an outing, there is a broadband connection, you will also have free access to our wireless network. Alternatively you can relax and curl up in front of the fire, or sunbathe with a good book.
